2024 CIP-PSTF Bursary Applications

Thank you for your interest in applying for CIP-PSTF's bursaries. Submissions will be vetted against eligibility criteria (see below) and applicants will be contacted regarding any issues or if any required attachments are missing. 

Approved submissions will be reviewed against each of the following bursaries' descriptions and then categorized as to which bursaries they may be considered for. Applicants only need to submit one form in order to be considered for all bursaries they are eligible for. 

CIP-PSTF's 2024 Bursaries are:  

  • SOAR Professional Services Indigenous Student Bursary - $5,000 (undergraduate or postgraduate students)
  • CIP Diversity Impact Bursary (three available) - $5,000 (undergraduate or postgraduate students)
  • College of Fellows Undergraduate Bursary - $5,000 (undergraduate students)
  • David Palubeski Bursary - $5,000 (postgraduate students)
  • Ted Fobert and Robert Tennant Planning Merit Bursary - $3,000 (postgraduate students)
  • John Bousfield Bursary - $3,000 (undergraduate or postgraduate students)

CRITERIA 

An applicant must be a CIP student member in good standing for the current academic year - Professional (MCIP) and Candidate members who have returned to school are not eligible. CIP Student Membership is free

They must be a student enrolled full-time in an accredited Canadian planning program during the term of the awarding of the scholarship.  The jury will verify that all eligibility criteria have been met. Their decision is final.   

DEADLINE 

The deadline to apply is October 11, 2024.
